Hidden Gems in the Museum!

Denise Winter, historical clothier and researcher, will lead the guided journey as we take an in-depth look at some of the special treasures in the clothing collection to reveal their hidden stories. Who were the people that wore their? What is their significance to pioneering history? What was the purpose of the garment? What do the garments tell us about the people who wore them?

The discussion and exhibit will include clothing worn by citizens of Southern Utah including military uniforms worn by Erastus Snow and George Woodward.  Sometimes, you find some of the greatest treasures in the smallest places!
