  • Quilting – More Than a Hobby: The silk “Crazy Quilt” made by the Relief Society in 1899 will be highlighted for several months. Come see the history and photos of the 160 women whose names are on the quilt. And learn how the quilt made it’s way back to St. George. This display will become a permanent fixture in the museum.

 

  • McQuarrie Family Display: Come see the permanent display honoring the contributions made but the McQuarrie family to this museum. See photos and memorabilia of Hortense, Ferol and other family members.

 

  • Smithsonian ┬áTraveling Museum: Opening on 9/16, Silver Reef Museum will be hosting the Smithsonian Traveling Museum. DUP and our Museum will have separate displays, each showing many examples of the type of work performed by our early settlers.
